Life has conspired to keep me off the bike all week. It rained Sunday through Thursday then on Friday I had to replace the battery in the truck. Even though it was windy and chilly I took off for my normal ride. I was going to ride Paris Mountain, but after getting out decided to hit the Swamp Rabbit Trail. On th ride north I stopped once to help with a kid that had his chain locked inside his small ring. I rode on to the Trailside Creamery and met Cis there. We had a ice cream and talked with Anthony but then it got really crowded. I headed back south and think that I met George Hincapie just south of TR. I rode on to the Swamp Rabbit Cafe & Grocery and had a cup of Green ta. It was green tea passion from the Mighty Leaf Company and it was the best tea that I've ever had. While drinking that a man in his 40s or 50s came jogging by shirtless. What a ride!
