There were two options with 57 mile ride today the top of Caesar's Head and a 45 mile ride that bypassed the big climbs. I didn't think that I had the big limbs in me so I chose the shorter ride. It was in the 30s when we left but bright and sunny. It warmed to the lower 50s by the time that I finished. The wind was really brutal out there with sustained winds at 18 to 25 mph and gusts up to 45 mph. The wind made a good ride a real challenge. But I finished and had a good time riding.
