Comments: To & from work with Seven Hills loop. Felt sluggish at first. Intended this to be moderate pace anyway. Put on more effort as I got closer to work. Legs hurt going down stairs at work. Legs felt stronger on way home.

Weather Conditions: 50° to start with light winds. Prob. got to 55° by getting to work. 48° or colder coming home.

Weather Conditions: Cold going in: almost put on leg warmers and balaclava. REALLY COLD coming home. Fingers and thumbs hurt as they warmed. Estimate 35° with windchill lower.

Comments: To & from work. Seat had shifted in previous ride. Corrected that and seemed to go faster. Tried to lube pedals, but injector wasn't working right. still have squeek. Legs felt good, but still hurt going down stairs.

Weather Conditions: Slightly warmer than yesterday. Brisk though. starting at 44° and getting to low 50's. Home ride felt like it was 35°. Weather said it was 44°

Comments: To & from work. Searching for things to lube to stop squeek, I found seat bolt broken. Fixing that did not stop noise. Still, speed was up, probably from maint. temp, lack of wind among other factors. Legs felt good on ride, but stairs still hurt. Feel good now. Several near misses in traffic. Thankfully my horn is loud!

Weather Conditions: Temps high 40's to start. Probably got to 54° by getting to work. 54° coming home. Very light winds.

Comments: To work & back. Pushed hard climbing some hills. Legs are sore and hurt descending stairs. Near miss with taxi: he was in turn lane, then popped into through lane in front of me. I had to swerve into turn lane to avoid him.

Weather Conditions: Cool start bare legged. Warmed quite a bit by getting to work. Ride home was warm. (58°) Light wind going in, 8 mph tail wind home.

Weather Conditions: COLD!!! Starting temp around 38°. Warmed slightly as we crossed town, then it got colder. Moderate winds.

Weather Conditions: Cold start at 40°. Warmed later and I took off leg warmers and full fingered gloves. Wind around 7 mph was noticeable when turning into it. Then it was cold.

Comments: To work & back. Felt sluggish for first half going to work. Then stepped it up after break. Now quads are really sore. Hope they recover by Tour de Fire. Had near collision coming home. I was just about to overtake a driver when he slid into the bike lane. I assume he was going to park at the curb. I was doing about 15 mph and had to do a quick stop. I had my bright lights on and hit my horn. He STILL didn't see me!

Weather Conditions: Perfect riding weather going in. 20 to 30 mph winds on the way home, and HOT!

Comments: To club ride & back. Rode with Mark, Jeff and Bonnie. Great ride: just fast enough to get a good workout. Weather was good too. Had words with motorist who came close to me. He thought I was too far into the lane, and was surprized and didn't believe me when I said I could claim the whole lane.

Weather Conditions: About 60° to start with 5 to 10 mph winds from South. Warmed to 75° and winds changed to 10+ mph from NE

Weather Conditions: start at 67° calm or almost. Noticed light headwinds in Green Valley. Must have been tailwinds on St Rose. By Southern Highlands I had 15 mph head or crosswinds. Coming home I still had strong headwinds.

Comments: RTC Viva Bike Vegas Gran Fondo. First century on new carbon bike. Climbs way better than Strada. Used latex tubes and could get spoiled. Absorbs bumps better and grips better. I think it does give lower rolling resistance.

Weather Conditions: Start at 76° with no wind. Beautiful day with very light winds until we topped Red Rock Valley. Had a 10 to 15 mph wind there. Started getting warm about ten miles to finish.

Comments: To & from club ride. Rode with eight other riders. Club ride was very easy pace. Cross winds on St Rose made it tough.

Weather Conditions: Very brisk start in Underarmor and jersey, arm & leg warmers. I think it was 43° to start. Strong tail wind to bring me home.

Comments: Commute. Off bike three days and I can feel it. Heart was working harder than legs. Legs felt ok until after ride to work. Quad hurt as I was walking in hallway.

Weather Conditions: Cool 45°, but too warm for tights. Had to stop to take them off. light winds

Comments: Commute. Legs were empty today; just couldn't go as fast. Felt like brakes were rubbing the rims.

Weather Conditions: Cold ride. Threatened rain, but didn't. Wind strengthened to about 10 mph when I headed into it. Ride home at 40°, but wore thick gloves and balaklava.
