| Comments: Commute. Bike seemed to work better after lubing pedals and making sure brakes didn't drag on wheels. Pushed harder and longer than I have this season. Legs are tired. |
| Weather Conditions: Great day! Start at 67° and got to work at about 70°. Light winds for most of the way. Arm warmers too hot for return. |

| Comments: Club ride "Flat Sprint 1" with about twenty riders. Started casual especially into the wind. Had some slow newbies and had to wait for them. Then did a few mad sprints with the wind. |
| Weather Conditions: Winds weren't supposed to happen this soon. Estimate 18 mph steady with gusts to 35. Sidewinds nearly knocked me over. |

| Comments: Lake Loop "with Crase and one other". Left the two guys behind on the downhill expecting them to catch me on the Boulder City hill. They caught me with about 1000 yards to the top, which was better than I'd thought. |

| Comments: to & from club ride "McRide". rode with thirteen others. Pushed up the hills a bit, but rode easy pace for most of ride. Pushed getting there and back. Quads were sore after. |
| Weather Conditions: cool start on bare legs, but it warmed quickly. Almost hot by return. Light headwind getting there, and about 10 mph headwind coming home. |
