After my first triathlon I continued training for and competing in triathlons for 5 more years during which I fell in love with biking. Running seemed to hurt more and more and biking felt better the more miles I did. Biking is my main sport but I also swim, lift weights, and x-country ski in the winter. I also love to canoe, kayak, or raft white water.
