Hi and Happy new year... I had the flu in January so it limited my riding.... now it is training season for the ms 150 again... so time to majorly train. Have a great season.. yeah met lance he was pretty normal. He was drinking a diet coke and eating chips. But I am sure that has changed since he is road racing again... talk later Vanessa

We usually have COP Newsletters at the shop and it has a membership form. Their website might have an online application. Sorry I didn't get to you sooner.
Are you riding Sunday?

Hey, what a pleasant surprise. Thanks for the note. Finally the weather has improved so that I can get outside and enjoy riding. Yes, Mansfield has some nice amenities, which we enjoy as well. Let's stay in touch. Perhaps we will be able to enjoy a ride at some point. My personal e-mail is jandrallred@msn.com.

Greetings chired! Good to hear from a fellow Buckeye...I've been riding seriously for two years (the riding bug hit me hard). I try and get out every Saturday (weather permitting--I'm good at 25 deg as long as there is no precip). I may make it this Sat--it is supposed to be 25, but dry! Columbus is definitely in range...and I am always looking forward to new routes. Hopefully our paths will cross one day. Take care

Hello Pearl Gray and Happy New Year. Since we have the same club affiliation, I've been following your progress and admit our riding habits are somewhat similar since our mileage throughout year is +- 100 miles. Last year like this year (2009)you amassed about 150 more miles by mid December than I did, however I've been traveling to Tampa Florida each year for the Christmas Holiday and ride enough to slightly come out ahead. I'm not exactly trying to out do you, but you have provided some inspiration and hope to see you on the road someday. Take care....Steve

History:

8 years road biking. Last 7 years getting serious. Ride at least 100 miles a week but will be targeting to average 150 to 180 miles a week minimum! Enjoy riding all year regardless of weather. I STILL want to loose 10 more pounds, then I'm going into debt for a new Trek 6.5. I hope. 4/1/2007 - Hey, I got a new Trek 6.9 instead!! It is sweet! I just need to get used to it. 1/4/2011 - Now have a 2010 Trek 6.9. 1/10/13-Just ordered ceramic bearings for it. Nice. Gaining too much weight. Must Loose!
