History:

fast recreational cyclist for many years, then out of cycling until 2003; rode three Houston - Austin MS150s 2003 - 2006; 2010 was first time we have done longer rides since 2006. Did Big Dam Bridge 100 Sept 2010. Active year in 2011 with Tour de Rock, 1st annual Tour de Papa, BDB. tour de Rock 100 with six other family members in 2012. Sporadic riding until now (Aug 2023); arthritis deteriorated right leg, but with the e-bike able to ride.

	2010 Orbea Orca Road bike
	Description: Shimano Ultegra 10sp with compact double and 12-25 cassette; like the Mavic Ksyrium Elite wheels with strong bladed spokes. 60cm frame; larger than my 57 Orbea Onix; I like this larger frame better. Lifetime Odometer: 4,104.3 miles

	2003 Airborne Carpe Diem Road bike
	Description: Titanium with carbon forks; versatile bike; fast enough for an old guy like me! Did all three Houston - Austin MS 250s on this bike. Rebuilt Aug 2010; put $1600 into a new groupo, wheels, etc. Set it up now for long distance touring. 50x40x30 with 11x32 10sp cassette. added a Brooks Imperial Saddle 1/2/12. Love this bike. Lifetime Odometer: 9,285.7 miles

	1987 Basso Gap American Road bike
	Description: All Campy R/W/B overspray; all my speed records are on this bike; won 2 triathlons (team) on it long ago Lifetime Odometer: 5,851.0 miles
