I was wondering if anyone has experienced chronic conditions affecting knee flexion....(bending of knee)..My TKR left me with arthrofibrosis and also with 90 flexion and this prevents effective and enjoyable cycling.

I know enough about this condition but was looking for a cyclist's view...has anyone had chronic knee stiffness and attempted to keep riding? I would appreciate some advice if. Thanks.

Kneesavers if you need the pedal further from the frame.

I was thinking about the , but it does seem to need some knee bending.
The second story is a guy using a row bike after having both knees replaced.

My right knee is usually stiff early in the season but it goes away as i get better at spinning the pedals instead of mashing, usually takes a month or so.
