I set a personal goal for myself in 2009 of 60 days of riding in a row regardless of the weather and the minimum distance for me was 10 Km. It turned out to be quite challenging with the weather we had been getting, but I got my goal and then I went on to get 105 days in a row.
In 2010 I wanted to to do more than 200 consecutive days. Unfortunately a few things kept popping up that prevented me from riding that many days. But I had another goal of riding 330 days and found although I was short by three days it was a challenging, yet forgiving, goal.
So can you do it, ride over 300 days in 2012?
I find it just a natural part of my day to ride and if I start late in the day I become irritable and grumpy until I ride.
I also have a side goal of riding 100 consecutive days.
So how many days last year did you cycle? What sort of weather did you have to endure to do it?
***Rules***
You must have done at least 10Km (6.2 mile) ride for the day to qualify. Or, in case of really bad weather, you may claim up to 15 rides where you may use the time value of at least 45 minutes instead of the 10km. Indoor trainers do count.
Yes there is a table.

in for a penny in for a pound...
Let's see if I can do 300 as long as they don't have to be consecutive.
I'm at 1 already!

I'd like to be in this year. Last year I rode 228 days mostly commuting in all sorts of weather. Looking back though my shortfall was week-end days. This will challenge me to get out and ride more and the 72 extra days will help the mileage goal as well.
edit: I got #1 today. It was in the 50's here in CT. And, Thanks Ollebear for hosting!

I did 2.51 miles - OUTDOORS - today. Holy Toledo did that feel good. Tuckered me out, but at least I was out there.

Looking good, Donald!
Started my 300 today with 35 miles up NE from Vancouver, WA. Tried to duck some of the cold east wind blasting out of the Columbia River Gorge.

I'll have a go. Last year I rode on 256 days. I'll set my target at 300 this year.

I'm in. Today is riding day three of 2012. After making all 365 days in 2011, I may be hard pressed to even get 300 for 2012. I'm back to having to make overseas trips for work and expect I will have to rely on hotel fitness stationary bikes for about 50 - 60 days of exercise. That doesn't leave me much wiggle room to lock in 300.
