I'll set this up again. I'm not promising to do anything more than get this started (and reserve the first couple posts for something or other).
If the 1000-Mile Month Challenge is a bit too challenging for you for various reason ... why not try the 1000 Kilometer Month Challenge.
The challenge: Ride 1000 kilometers (~622 miles) in at least one month this year ... or as many months as you want ... go for all 12 if you have the time and energy!

OK, January is in the books with this morning's commute. Sitting at 1028.3 KM.

Congrats CR! I sit at a measly 146.9mi. I don't think I am going to make it this month. I might beat last year's January total of 159 mi on my way home tonight.

You are looking good, CR! I am almost on track at mid-month, but the weather turning wet and snowy will probably cause me to fall short. Having my primary bike down for frame repair doesn't help either - I am even slower on the alternate bike.

After a taking it easy last month, I'm back in the hunt. I aim to make it 12/12 this year!

You are ahead of me, Paul. Looks like 500 will be about it here, as I feared at mid-month. None the less, I have been learning a lot about mixed mode commuting this month, and that is all good!

Got my February 1000 km today after riding an imperial century.
Signed 1068.06 km.

Rode everyday this month and just made it for my 1st metric month since November! 623.2 miles or 1002.7288 kilometers.

March is now in the books, that makes three for 2012. Anybody notice a pattern here, I've hit 1000 km mark on the 18th each month.
