I'll be visiting family in the area this spring and summer, and was wondering if there are any active clubs in the area. Don't want to go through withdrawal!
I found a few bj.com members in the area but it looks like the last time they were active was a long time ago.
Would also be interested in a recommendation for a bike shop that might rent bicycles in the event I fly there rather than drive with my mtb on the rack.

MVBC Corvallis Or. Bike club rides check out the website. Have a couple friends that ride to Corvallis every Sat for the mid morning ride. Corvallis Cyclery is a great shop for renting etc. Might be able to find a loaner or something reasonable.

Thank you and I will look up the Corvallis bike club! Corvallis is just up the road!
Good info on bike rentals. I'm hoping to be able to take my mtb with me this time around, but if I can't it's good to know I have options!

You won't be disappointed with the cycling around the Corvallis area. Very bike friendly community, relatively flat with nice hilly country both east and west. Especially nice is the ride out to Mary's Peak.
