I was going to post my first quater of the year, but found the thread locked. Anyway I rode an even 27 miles on the Swamp Rabbit Trail with a stop in the middle to assist a badly injured lady. She said that she'd hit a branch and went down. She had a cut upper lip and most likely a broken right arm.

Thanks for the heads up on the multiple thread.
The lady had a young couple with her that appeared to be a daughter and son-in-law. I stayed with them until they were situated. I had some rags in my saddle bag that they used to clean the blood from her face. I was there for about 15 minutes and helped them get her to a store where she could rest while he went to get their vehicle.
