Beautiful day for riding but suffering from sinus again and didn't get motivated until late in the day. Rode my Cipollini down to salt point and back. Took it fairly slow though time trialed the three mile out and back course down to the salt plant. Got the heart rate up but didn't develop much speed. Need to get back to my program with a weekly ITT but have been waiting for my various cold symptoms to pass. Fairly short outing but better than no ride at all.
