Started off today like yesterday heading up Havana Glen hill. Conditions were better today as the wind wasn't howling, although it still made it's presence known. Havana climb wasn't much faster today but didn't have any chest tightness like yesterday and recovered quickly on the false flat to Odessa. Again like yesterday headed up Ridge Road and took the Middle Road off ramp for some fast descent at Seymoreville. Second half of the climb was noticeably easier with less wind. Legs felt good and hammered the rollers down Middle Road to Horseheads. Time was ten minutes faster than yesterday at the turnaround which was encouraging. Instead of heading back down the valley headed up the climb to Sullivanville on SR 13. Still had good legs and was able to maintain mid- teens where a couple months ago I was only able to keep it between ten and twelve. Had another fast sweet powered descent to the Junction and headed back to Odessa on SR 224. Headed up over Lower Foots to get some more climbing in. Didn't die on the high teens grade like last time, though I would be hesitant to claim a good climb. Like the climb to Sullivanville had a good tailwind as I continued ascending to the north. Dropped down to Skyline with a short fast fifty mile an hour plus descent and then continued south on Skyline to finish off the ride with more fast downhill. Legs and support system felt good today and had a strong ride though the climbing is still not very good and steep stuff is still in survival mode.
