 And So It Goes
Well, it looks like I will only log between 1200 and 1500 miles this year; but I am happy that I can ride each week vs skipping a week or a bunch of days. That's saying something, I guess.

Certainly during the hot months here, the rides will remain short, but I hope to do a few long ones come October, when the heat starts to abate.

No major ailments, and that's a good thing. And, it's taking me a half hour to warm up; which is needed unless I want to have some trouble by the end of the week with the stiff muscles and joints.

My goodness, what is this an advertisement for medicare?

Will keep the short loops until Oct.; then I hope to do a few of the longer loops, outside of Pelican Landing.
