  That Hard Shell Bell helmet third from the top, I still see that one once in a while. There was a older very thin gent who rode in Dress shoes, dress slacks, and a short sleeve "dress" Plaid shirt with that helmet on in and around town for years.
Haven't see him in a while. Hope nothing happened to him....
