  I read about the Hairy Legs Club awhile back. Don't remember if that was when I was thinking about a move to China or some other weird reason. We don't have the pedestrian/bike payoff here as far as I know. I know a few riders have hit people and visa versa, but nothing ever happened that involved money.

 Fun story SJR. It reminds me of an episode of M.A.S.H. where a local would step out in front of just about anything, feign injury, and collect.!
