Rode mountain bike with Gary on the Catherine Valley Trail to Millport and caught a tailwind back. Sinuses are still plagueing me but didn't put in much effort and had a pleasant but tiring ride. Great weather for January in upstate NY so I am hoping this will portend better things to come.
