I believe I set a new personal low riding into work this morning, averaging just 10.9 mph, thanks to the stiff headwind out of the south at 8 mph. The temp was mild at 45, and traffice was very very light because of the holiday.
I hope the wind stays the course so it can push me home this evening.
As far as the ride home went...
The winds picked up to 20mph gusting to 30 for the ride home - yes it was mostly a tailwind to help push me home. 
On a personal (low) note, the cruise we have scheduled for this July, that we (I) thought we had paid in full turns out that we still owe $4,000 on it - due by 3/29. Last summer when I was looking at things I must have pulled up the invoice from the cruise in 2010 that shows Paid In Full. Ugh, things are really going to be tough for awhile!
