I decided to see if I could make a run on the Swamp Rabbit but things didn't go very well for me. I made it about 3 1/2 miles out when I hit some ice and dumped me onto my left side. It didn't hurt the bike but I'm getting too old to be hitting like that. I ruined a set of tights and skinned up a knee along with an assortment of bumps and bruises. It was good to get back out but I am hoping to get a better ride in a couple of days.
