Haven't ventured out due to the cold and wind the last few days but have been hitting the Computrainer and the weights. South wind sent the temperature above freezing so I headed out on the mountain bike. Did the barge trail again then continued up the trail to Millport. Most of the recent snow and ice was gone and what was left was only slush. Light mist was falling and it was quite foggy which made for an eerie ride through the woods. Once to Millport I came back on the highway and by the time I got back to Montour it was getting cold and dark and legs were running on empty. Rest of the week looks bad so it will be back on the Computrainer until at least the weekend.
