Even though it was a little chilly and heavily overcast I need to start building my legs and endurance back to acceptable levels so it was back to the SRT. I still have nothing left to ride, but it's time to be building. I rode through CP and cut across downtown toRiver Street and back to the trail. I rode up beyond the BP station on the south side of TR then stopped for a drink. I turned back there and stopped at the SR Cafe for a cup of tea. I decided to live dangerously and try a flavor that I hadn't tried before. The thing about being on the edge is that sometimes you go over. I will say that I don't like Organic Spring Jasmine. I rode back through Falls Park and CP then cut back through Overbrook to get home. The ride was slow but Zi am not wheezing like last time.
