Ride Description: With Betsey. Damn, my chest got tight again right away and I was hurtin' bad for the first 30 minutes. Not sure if it's the heat in there, or the damned Blood Pressure drugs, or I'm just so far out of shape... This has got to start getting easier.
After 40 minutes in the hot tub, (doing some ankle exercises) I felt drained. Then I felt light headed and had to sit down, or pass out. |
