Today's forecast called for shorts & short sleeve jersey (w/arm warmers for this morning’s ride), as well as short-finger gloves & just a headband, no skull cap or ear covers. It was not as chilly of a ride to work as I thought it would be with the temp hovering around 50, but that stiff wind out of the south sure made me work, even having to pedal to go downhill.
A great ride home with temps in the mid-60's, and a strong 14 MPH tailwind!
Closing the books on January shows of the 21 work days, I worked from home one day, and drove to & from work one day, then there were three days that I rode to work & was picked up for evening events thus leaving me with 17.5 bike commutes for the month.
