Took the dogs for a walk this morning and couldn't believe how nice it was. Decided to ride a few miles outdoors. Had planned on riding inside to protect my congested lungs from the cold air but decided to risk it. Temps actually reached into the fifties as I was riding. Only did one small climb today on Burch Hill Rd out of Millport. Had to strain to get up it and found out I will have to do quite a bit of work if before entering any races next year. Felt good for the first twenty miles but found myself coasting alot on the downhill and tailwind sections. Still a great ride for January.
