For just over a week now, my wife & I have been looking for one of my arm warmers. I wore them during my ride back on 12/30, and even removed them about 2/3 of the way through the day's ride, rolled them up & put them in one of my jersey pockets. Then later that evening while putting away laundry, only one of them was to be found. We each looked in the laundry area, I dug around in the duffle bag I use for my bike trips, and the a few days later I looked in the back of the truck cab to see if it missed or came out of the bag - all to no avail. After missing it for a week, my conclusion was that I dropped it when pulling it out of my jersey pocket and putting it in the bag in the back of my truck when the ride was over, so it must be laying in the Park-N-Ride lot out by Mid Rivers Mall Dr. Ce la vie.
Well, after I arrived at work this morning & was changing from my bike clothes into my work clothes, I went to put my pants on and lookie there! Inside one of the pants leg was my missing arm warmer. It must have worked its way in there while in the washer. Whoot!
