I rode the Surly from home to Cleveland Park. I took my First Baptist loop and dropped back down to the park, then rode up Cleveland Street to Camperdown and Falls Street, then took Broad Street to Washington. I took it to Bramlett and got on the trail and went back to the Commons to meet Jeff. We rode up the trail and looped the lake at Furman. We followed the trail to the north end and stopped at Jade's for hotdogs. While we were there a guy from DHEC stopped and shut her down. It was a fine example of government regulation and red tape for the common person that is trying to get by. We rode back down the trail and stopped at Furman for the restrooms, but they were locked. So we went to the food court and used the restroom there. Then we rode back down the trail and I left Jeff at Linky Stone Park. From there I rode through Falls Park and Cleveland Park and climbed the big hill going home. My right hip was very sore climbing today.
