Need to do rides like this to get ready for the Momentum 94.7, a 30,000 rider plus where the streets are closed to traffic for one day. Somehow it's a "race" and I'll have a timing chip. Probably one that records negative splits!

A ride around Brackenhurst with Eddie, an octogenarian who rips my legs off every time. Eddie cruises at 18 mph without breaking a sweat while I'm uttering the mantra:"Keep up with Eddie...Keep up with Eddie....I can't keep up with Eddie!!!"
