I rode to work, but Jacque picked me up after work and we went to John & Lee's house for our Small Group Bible Study. Plus, I am off from work the rest of the week as I fly down to Dallas, TX on Wednesday, so I can drive to Tyler/Whitehouse Thursday for a memorial service for my step-sister Barbara.
It was just 6 weeks ago that we all got together in Vista, CA for my mothers memorial service & burial. We said it several times then, and I'm sure it will be said a few times this week that is good to see each other, just not so much under these circumstances.
We may have to work hard at it, but there needs to be other events that draw us together for visits.
