After work I headed over to Greenville Tech to ride the Cleveland Park Swamp Rabbit Trail. I rode it plus I took a lap around the Y loop. In Falls Park the city is using a front end loader to remove many of the large boulders from above the falls and is putting them along the bank below the Peace Center. The rains from the last couple of weeks have washed out much of the bank over there. The ride went pretty well other than having to work my way around the front end loader. My outer thighs are very sore from activity at work, so I was a little leery of riding. But I decided that I need to work those thighs instead of trying to baby them!
