After work Cis's friend's husband Bill called and wanted to ride today. I had told Erica that I was riding Cleveland Park and she was coming too. Bill has been injured and out of work for over a year and is trying to lose weight and get back into shape. I told him to do what he could without hurting himself and that we would come back with him before we finished our ride. He made 1.7 miles then turned back to get back to his car. He insisted on returning alone, so we went on. There is still work going on above the falls in Falls Park and we had to detour around it. We finished the regular Cleveland Park loop then made a partial loop into a different part of the park and also made the Y loop. I called Bill after I got home and encouraged him to keep riding and work his way up. Erica and I had a good ride.
