Got a job offer in Florida and so didn't have much time for riding between packing and driving. Spent the night in a rest stop south of Jacksonville and didn't have to be at work until five o'clock in Okeechobee, so decided to mount the bike again and spend the morning riding. Stopped in Flagler Beach and did the A1A jungle loop. Ride was pleasant but really didn't get into it as body was seemed to be tired from the drive and sleeping in the truck. Still felt good to be in the warm sun and ocean breeze. Stopped in the park and paid my respects to the oak tree that is supposed to be between three and five hundred years old. Was fairly easy to keep a good pace with a mild crosswind and flat roads. Saw a few cruisers out enjoying the day on the inland roads. Would have liked to ride more but ran out of time. Won't be able to get many miles in as have to work long hours but hope to hang around after the job finishes and get some more miles in.
