     | Club: Secular Cycleism | | Weather Conditions: Sunny. Cool. 48°. | | Ride Description: First ride in the back on the Poprad. This kinda brought back memories of 1991-1994, when I was riding my old rigid Trek 8000 mountain bike. It was bumpy. Not quite bone jarring, but it was taking its toll on my body.

Gearing is do-able. The lowest gear was tough and made me work. Going up the quarry hill was the smoothest part of the lap.

I think a full Winter of leg strength workouts, spin class, snow-shoeing, xc skiing, and running will make next season much easier (and fun) to ride this bike back there.

I did one Warblers Way lap to get the debris off my tires.
HR time includes 3 minutes rest talking to Bill.
