Today's ice cream ride was the slowest ride to date. As usual abut half of the group were first time riders. A group of four were considerably slower than the rest of the group, so I hung behind them to ride as a sweeper. The man (I forget his name)really struggled the last 4 or 5 miles going north so he and I came rolling in far behind everyone. He and I chatted and had a good time riding. Cis drove up there to get some chocolate ice cream so I ate ice cream with her. I also talked with Jenn for a while to see where she came from in Chicago. Cis is from the north side while Jenn is from the south side. I'll relay that info to my work buddy from south Chicago. On the ride south I rode with and chatted with Lynn. I had never really talked with her and we had a nice long chat while riding south.
