Today I just wanted to stretch my legs a little to work out some of the climbing from the last two days. I headed to the park and got on the trail. The trail was fairly crowded with dog walkers and a little of everything else, but I made it to the turn across from Tandem Creperie. I turned around there and headed back down the trail. I felt better going down the trail, but still felt a little run out. Once I was back in town many streets were closed for a walk, so I had to work my way around to gget back to the park. Cis picked me up there and we stopped at Zaxby's for some chicken.
