I missed 3 good riding days while trying to cough a ton of phlegm out of my lungs. But I got back out today and headed to the ICAR. I made three laps and took the Verdae jut on the first lap. I saw Dennis out there toward the end of the ride and we waved across the lanes. The wind was pretty tough but it was blowing from the east which is opposite of how it normally blows. Even though it makes it tough the wind from the east makes a much better ride than from the west. At least I didn't headbutt any SUVs today!
