Ride Description: W/Tracy...
I am not in a good mood. First, I was going to do some night riding in the back yard, but I thought it would be good to take Herb's spin class. Well, I get there, and Herb is not doing the 2nd class, so I'm stuck with Tracy.
Then the fucking drugs give me that heart attack feeling every time my heart rate gets over 120, for the first 20 minutes.
So much for a good work out.
