Winds still decreasing and sun still feels great so did another short easy ride on the trail. Dodged lots of old folks today riding and walking on the trail. Have not as yet seen any hi tech cyclists either on the trail or on the roads nearby. While bikes are common most are low end cruisers. So another day of poor sleep a quick ride and a nap before returning to work.
