After work the sun had come out, but the temperature had dropped and the wind had come on strong. I did my normal route to the gazebo and back, but heading north the wind was a killer. I saw a motorcycle drop in behind me heading north so I pulled off at the Swamp Rabbit Grocery lot to talk to him. It was Mike, so I asked what was up with Andy and the cruiser that had a guy with a compound bow and hunting arrows. He told me that it was just a young hunter that was very close to the trail and somebody had called in about it. Then it was on north to the gazebo and I turned back south with t he wind pushing me back down the trail. I had to watch my speed to stay at the speed limit. Once back on the street I turned on my blinkies as dusk was approaching and cut across town. But when I got back onto East North Street I had turned back into the wind. Even though it was a tough ride for me it was a good ride.
