Ride Description: W/Herb... Wow! I felt pretty good tonight. Zero chest tightness, I was concentrating on my breathing, I think that helps.
I was able to hang with Herb's HR numbers for the first 30 minutes, then the serious "climbing" got me. But I was still able to stay in my percent range. Got my second wind, and hung with Herb's numbers for the last 15 minutes.
Jeez, they got another new scale in the locker room. The numbers on this one are too small to read. |
