Ride Description: Missed the Rock Cut Turkey Ride and spin classes so I went on my own Turkey Ride. Started out with a few miles in the back yard, then went "hunting" for turkeys in the neighborhood with my camera.

Subtitled: Turkeys! Dozens of Turkeys!
I woke up too late for the Rock Cut Trail Crew Turkey Day ride, and the special 1.5 hour spin classes at North Pointe, so I went out on my own special turkey day ride.
I started out in the back yard for some off road action, and after getting a few pictures there, I went to the streets of the subdivision on a turkey hunt. Armed with my new weapon of choice, the Nikon L18 Coolpix camera, it didn't take long to spot dozens of turkeys in the nearby woods. They are difficult to see in the dense tree cover, and I lost count at 25, but I think there may have been 30 to 35 of them.
I would have posted more turkey photos, but they are very hard to spot in the pictures. (Even worse than Where's Waldo) I did find some cool turkey footprints in the snow. They where about a half mile from the place I saw all the turkeys in the woods.
