On the way to the ICAR today I decided to stop by Municipal Stadium to ride the trail at Lake Conestee. But once I started toward the bridge it was obvious that trail was not intended for road bikes. So I rode around the stadium and checked out all the construction going on there. Then I headed to the ICAR to ride. I only made one loop there as I was cold and felling the lack of riding the last three weeks. But it was good to be on the bike again.
