After work I headed to the ICAR to meet a new rider and show him around the ICAR. He rode 7.5 miles at a fairly relaxed pace and was proud of himself. His first time out he died early and was embarrassed, but he did better today. After he finished I rode another 9.5 miles to finish at 17 miles.
