Temperature got up to sixty but wind was out of control with a steady sixteen mile an hour wind gusting into the mid thirties. So took out the mountain bike again so I could claim I still rode. Needed to add a couple miles just so I could claim ten miles by riding south along the river to the trailhead at the power transfer station. So got a mile riding the trail and through town before hitting the marina road for access to the Bird Trail. The trail was clear a couple days ago but recent winds have dropped a large tree across it at Mile's Bridge. Finished by again riding along the trail to Watkins and returning via Rock Cabin. Fairly low-key ride but miles is miles.
