I didn't have to work today so I was able to go on Ken and Steve's Ice Cream Ride. On my way to the park I was waiting at the light at East North Street and Stone Avenue. I saw. Car coming up in the lane behind me so I motioned for them to pull up to trip the turn light. The car was Ken and Steve. We had ten gather at the beginning but one guy couldn't go with us. He did promise to come on future rides. so nine of us left the park. Somewhere along the way I noticed that Walter was riding behind me and he hadn't been there at the start. So we had 10 riders again. Erica was there, Kimberly, Joe, Don and E.Clair were on their tandem, Ken and Steve, and a man with Joe that I didn't get his name. E.Clair was really wound up today and Steve was wearing a Santa hat to commemorate the season. Cis met us at the creamery and she gave Jenn some of the Frango mints. This had to be the most social ride to date. On the way back we stopped at the railroad car at Furman and the group of us pushed a huge boulder off of the trail. apparently a Ford ran off the road taking out some of the crepe myrtles and uprooting one of the huge boulders along the trail. Clair was really wound up with her bike bell and yelling "Jingle Bells"at oncoming retrial users. It was a strange but fun ride.
