First time with her, she started out with Tracy's music, then switched to her bad electro/disco music. "Born to be wild" was really horrifying.
Right knee was bugging me a little bit.
I just can't get into spin class anymore.

Well, I only needed 7.5 miles to break my December mileage mark. So, I went to the Stone Bridge Trail and rode it end to end.
HR Time includes 8 minutes of photo taking and talking to a couple cross country skiers.

I needed 7.5 miles to break my personal best mileage mark for the month of December. So, I went to the Stone Bridge Trail to seal the deal.
After this mornings spin class, and two straight days of fairly long distance Ice Biking (20 & 25 miles) I was tired before I started. And in the "More Information Than You Wanted To Hear" category, my crotch was starting to get a little sore from sitting on a frozen, hard saddle for almost six hours.
I'm glad I broke my personal record, now I can get in a little snowshoeing and xc skiing.
This year, I set new personal high mileage marks for January, February, November and December. I love ice Biking.
