The last commute of the year.
I am taking a vaction (PTO) day tomorrow to start my Christmas holiday, Thursday & Friday are actual holidays for Christmas Eve & Christmas Day. We fly out of St Louis at six o'clock tomorrow morning to head to Gallup, NM to spend the holiday with my older sister, Sherry, and her family. We will get bak late Sunday night (after 11 PM) so Jacque & I can both work on Monday.

I am planning on working from home - to help buy me a few more Z's - so, and I am off the rest of next week, so that is why this is my last commute of the year. Its doubtbul I'll get the bike out at all next week, or even do an indoor ride, so it's probably the last ride of the year all together.

I didn't reach my milage goal (3750) or commute total (120) for the year, but am pretty close to both, and fairly satisfied with what I did accomplish on the bike this year.

One thing I failed to do was get pictures of some of the houses decorated for Christmass that I pass on the way home from work. There is one that even has a model railroad in the front yard year-round, with changing scenery to reflect the season of the year, and there are some other houses on that street that deck themselves out pretty good, too. I kept forgetting the camera, then when I did remember it there weren't any batteries for it. Maybe next year.
