I took off today to ride some of the hills that I do going to work. I left the house and rode my regular route as far as Parkins Lake Road on East Parkins Mill Road. I stopped on the hill by the bowling alley to remove a broom from the trail and found a drivers license. I put the broom in my pannier and brought the license home and mialed it to the owner. I turned around at Parkins Lake and rode back. I cleaned some debris off the sidewalk on Pleasantburg. It’s been a long time since I have ridden and really long since I climbed hills. I am hoping to start commuting again and need to get my legs back.
