I went on Ken and Steve's Final Fifty ride from Furman through Dacusville to Table Rock State Park. The return to Furman was via Slater and Travelers Rest. The climb to State 11 by Aunt Sue's was a killer climb for me again. Life had conspired agianst me the last two weeks and I hadn't been on my bike since the Ice Cream ride 13 days ago. Right now I'm struggling with hamstring cramps. I'm sure that will make for an exciting night in bed tonight!
