Out in the flat flood plain of St Charles County, like my normal Monday Night Ride. Start/finiwh was Mueller Soccer Park, across from the Coke plant, and rode out to the Grafton Ferry (which is not running this time of year) and back. Temp was around 40 at the start, and had a slight tailwind for the first 1/2 the ride, then it was time to turn-around and head back to the start. It wasn't a strong wind, but stiff enough, especially out there with no wind breaks to hide from it.
Then lunch at the Bike Stop Cafe in St Charles - a few went for 'bonus' miles riding there then back to their cars at the park - but not me. I had the miles I needed to push my total YTD over the 4500 mark (4507) .
